WEST PALM BEACH VICTOR FARRIS MEDICAL BUILDING 1411 N. Flagler Drive, Suite 9800 West Palm Beach, FL 33401 Directions: Exit I-95 at Palm Beach Lakes Blvd East. Proceed East until you come to Flagler Drive and the intra-coastal waterway. Turn left on Flagler Dr., then turn left into the entrance to the Good Samaritan hospital and the Victor Farris medical building. Our office is located on the 9th floor of the Good Samaritan Hospital and the Victor Farris medical building.
PALM BEACH GARDENS PALM BEACH CANCER INSTITUTE BUILDING 3401 PGA Blvd, Suite 500 Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410 Directions: Exit I-95 or Florida’s Turnpike at PGA Blvd East. Turn left onto Fairchild Gardens Ave (2nd traffic light past I-95 overpass). Take your first left onto Kyoto Gardens Drive, then make an immediate left turn into the driveway of the Palm Beach Cancer Institute, University of Miami building. Our office is located on the 5th floor.
JUPITER JUPITER OUTPATIENT CENTER BUILDING 2055 Military Trail, Suite 200 Jupiter, FL 33458 Directions: If you are traveling from the north, exit I-95 or Florida’s Turnpike on Indiantown Rd and travel East. Turn right (south) on Military Trail. Our office is located on the left (East) side of Military Trail, in the Jupiter Outpatient Center building on the 2nd floor. If you are traveling from the South, exit I-95 at Donald Ross Rd and travel East. Turn left (North) on Military Trail. Our office is located approximately 2/10 of 1 mile north of Indian Creek Parkway, on the right (East) side of Military Trail, in the Jupiter Outpatient Center building on the 2nd floor.

Turn left onto State Road 7 (441) and travel approximately 1.5 miles to 3347 State Road 7 (441). Our office is located on the right (West) side of State Road 7 (441), in the Palomino Park Medical Campus building. Take the 2nd roundabout exit to the parking lot. Our office is located on the 2nd floor in Suite #206.
