Prescription Request

Prescription refill requests are received during office hours. Please call the office Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. at 561-694-7776. Allow up to 24 hours for a refill. Prescriptions are not refilled after hours, on holidays or weekends. Please plan ahead if you are running out of medications.
