Request a Prescription Refill

If you would like to request a prescription renewal by phone, please call (561) 694-7776, option 3 to speak with a medical/clinical assistant. The Clinical Department is available to take your call Monday – Friday between 8:30am and 5:00pm. Please allow at least 24-48 hours to accommodate your request as each request has to be approved by a physician.

If your prescription is running low, please do not wait until the weekend or until your medication has completely run out. If you are planning to travel out of town, please make sure you have enough medication to take on your trip. Certain medications cannot be faxed or called in to a pharmacy; by law, these require a paper prescription be presented to the pharmacist. If this is the case, please call ahead and then make arrangements to pick up the prescription.
