Erik D’Orlando is a board-certified physician assistant (PA-C) specializing in orthopedic surgery, specifically shoulder and elbow surgery. Erik works directly with Dr. Brian Hill both seeing patients in the office and assisting him in the operating room during arthroscopic and total joint replacement procedures. He utilizes his skills, experience, and knowledge to appropriately evaluate patients, educate them on their diagnosis, and come up with a treatment plan to best fit their individual goals and needs. Erik also helps with patients’ recovery both in the hospital following surgery and during their postoperative period.
Erik earned a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences from the University of Massachusetts - Lowell. He went on to obtain his master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences - Boston. Prior to joining Dr. Hill at Palm Beach Orthopaedic Institute, Erik spent several years working in the specialties of cardiac care and orthopedic surgery at hospitals in the Boston area, including the award-winning New England Baptist Hospital.
When Erik is not at work, he enjoys music, playing sports, and spending time with family. Erik grew up in Boston, Massachusetts and remains a New England sports fan.
