Palm Beach Orthopaedic Institution is seeking a motivated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in our Palm Beach Gardens location, specializing in the evaluation and treatment of orthopedic and sports-related injuries. Requirements:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients with orthopedic and sports-related conditions, including post-surgical cases, acute injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal disorders
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans focused on strength, mobility, neuromuscular control, and functional performance
- Utilize a wide range of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise/activity, strengthening and performance training strategies to restore function and reduce pain
- Design and progress return-to-sport programs tailored to each patient’s goals and sport-specific demands
- Educate patients on injury prevention, biomechanics, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with the PBOI Physicians to ensure coordinated care for patients
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Experience or strong interest in orthopedics and sports rehabilitation
- Knowledge of current evidence-based practices in musculoskeletal care
- Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
