Physician Assistant for Orthopaedic Urgent Care

Orthopaedic Urgent Care (walk in) Clinic is seeking a part time physician assistant (PA) to join our ortho urgent care team in our Wellington and Palm Beach Gardens locations. Must be able to evaluate and treat orthopedic conditions. Digital X-ray onsite.
Clinic hours: Monday- Friday: 4pm-8pm, Saturday: 8am-2pm.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical examinations, assess health / condition status, prescribe necessary medications, treat aliment appropriately. Consult with physician as needed.
- Triage patients and evaluates problem. Responds to emergencies.
- Communicate with patient on continuation of care and follow up requirements.
- Documents patient information and care in medical record.
Requirements:
Education: Active PA license required.
Experience: Minimum of one year of recent experience working in a clinical setting.
Orthopedic experience a plus.
Athena (EMR) experience a plus!
